Richard from Richard’s Renovations is a highly qualified, knowledgable, responsible and respectful remodeler. We highly recommend Richard’s Renovations for any bathroom remodel. We had a bathroom off the
master bedroom that was very small and dated (from the 1950’s). He knocked out a hallway closet and
used that space and a small hallway foyer to give the bathroom more space. He tore out the bathtub,
sink, toilet, wall tiling and floor.

Now the bathroom is comfortable and spacious. He put in a cabinet with double sinks, new toilet, a
jacuzzi bathtub and shower. We love the size and layout of the room. He was very respectful of our
home. He always cleaned everything up at the end of each work day. He came when he said would and
completed the job within the time that was in the proposal. We are very please with the quality of his
work and highly recommend him.
