RICHARDS RENOVATIONS LLC
RYAN & CALI'S HOUSE
We purchased our house a little over a year ago. The home had great bones, but had not been updated much since it was built in 1950. Richard has helped us more than we could have imagined to turn our outdated house into a beautiful, updated home.

The qualities that sets Richard's Renovations apart from the rest is the quality of work and attention to detail. Richard will not stop until it is perfect. He notices every little detail, and he will do whatever it takes to make it right. His craftsmanship goes above and beyond the average home contractor.

We have conquered many different projects over the last year throughout our home. No matter what idea we give Richard, he always makes it come to life. He is creative and a problem-solver.
We have recommended Richard's Renovations to many of our family and friends, and they will all tell you the same. When we have guests come to visit, they even notice the quality and detail of Richard's work. Richard takes great pride in what he does. He takes his time to do the job right, and you know you can count on him to make your dream a reality.

Front Door
Replacing the front door on Ryan's house was our first main project. We installed a new front door with keyless entry locks.

Trim, Paint, and Lighting
Our biggest task at Ryan's house was replacing all of the trim throughout the home. In addition, we gave everything a fresh coat of paint and replaced all light fixtures. In the kitchen and dining room, we installed luxury vinyl plank flooring to cover the existing laminate.

Basement Rec Room and Pantry
Our most recent project was removing the existing carpeted 70's bar and framing in a walk-in pantry with a pocket door. We also removed the previously boarded up sump-pump access with a bi-fold door. We then continued by renovating the existing recreation room with a fresh coat of paint and adding matching trim. At this time, we are leaving the ceiling and flooring for a later date. This is still very much a work in progress!
